Our design engineer will review your custom box design for any technical concerns(art work resolution,blurriness,splits,thin lines and bleeds) and if found,will note them for your attention in the proof.If you’re unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our engineer are happy to help you through the process. It’s important to keep in mind that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, nor do they provide any subjective feedback on design content.

2. What choices affect my pricing?

Pricing is generally a factor of five things:dimensions,box style,ink coverage on the box,box material, and quantity. 3. What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?

Kindly please send your box size,quantity, material and printing color. FOB price is our usual price term,If you need CIF or CFR, please let us know your port of destination. Original samples from you would be best for clarifying, box pictures or designs is workable as well!

4. If the products have some quality issues,how will you deal with it?

Each box will be inspected 100% by QC before packing into cartons. If the quality issues caused by us, we will provide a replacement service.

5. Could you provide samples for test?

Yes, we provide free samples for customers, it need you bear the freight charges.
